This document sets forth the terms and conditions of sale of Turkey Hill Sugarbush Ltd. (the "Organization").
All orders and sales are subject to the Organization's Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, including age.
Product availability
Some products may not be available, as quantities are limited, and may not be back in stock. Please contact the Organization for more information.
Order Processing
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Please keep a copy of this confirmation for your records, as it contains your order number. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your order, please contact the Organization. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. To check the status of your order, please contact the Organization. The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and the Organization is not responsible for any failure to meet this deadline.
The average processing time for confirmed payment orders is 3-7 business days (from the date of purchase). The Organization's offices are located in Granby, Province of Quebec, Canada and all orders are processed from Granby.
Please note that a change of address after the order has been confirmed (but before shipping) may extend the processing time. To avoid a delay in the processing and delivery of your order, please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses have been entered correctly.
The Organization delivers the products all over the world.
Cancellation of an order
The Organization may not be able to accept your order due to, among other things, an out-of-stock condition, an error in the price or description of the product, or the Organization's inability to meet a delivery deadline you have requested. In such cases, the Organization will notify you and will not charge you for the product.
Undelivered Products
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please notify the Organization so that we can identify the problem and resolve it quickly.
Methods of Payment
Orders placed must be paid by credit card. The Organization currently accepts most credit cards
Payment Information
The Organization does not collect any payment card information. Payments are processed directly by the Organization's service provider, who has sole access to payment card information.
Online transactions are secured in accordance with the Organization's service provider's standards to ensure secure transmission and processing of transactions.
Prices
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, before taxes. Prices shown do not include shipping costs. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. The price is payable in full in one payment at the time of order.
Sales Tax and Tax on shipping
Sales tax and shipping tax are applied to orders in accordance with the requirements in force in the province of Quebec, Canada.
Price Changes
The Organization changes the price of its products from time to time, and any offers or discounts may be added or removed. This does not affect confirmed orders: you will pay the price indicated in your order confirmation.
Exchanges and refunds
Due to health and safety regulations, we are no able to exchange or accept returns on food products that have been open.
All packages that have been open can not be refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Notwithstanding the above, the Organization will allow exchanges and refunds if a product is defective or damaged, or if it has made an error in processing the order
Products may be returned in the following manner:
- Returned products must be received by the Organization within 30 days of the date of receipt by the customer.
- Refunds, as applicable, will be made to the cardholder of the original transaction.
- Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
- No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the authorized return period.
If you choose to return a product, then you must proceed as follows: please contact the Organization by phone, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (ET), at 450 539-4822, or toll-free at 1 800 567-2874, and provide the required information. Your order number, name, address and telephone number will be requested for verification purposes. You may also be asked to provide valid photo identification.
Please allow four weeks from the date the Organization receives your product for a refund or exchange.
Applicable Laws
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Some jurisdictions do not allow the Terms of Sale to be governed by the laws of another jurisdiction. Therefore, the applicable laws of the Province of Quebec may not apply to you. In any event, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, also known as the Vienna Convention, and any local laws implementing that Convention are hereby expressly excluded.
